Just ok
The main tent 10 out of 10. This is not designed that great. Pain to put up and not well supported. Not worth the money. It's just ok.

Great!
It was very helpful to store items I didn’t want in the tent. It did well with rain and wind. I would recommend this be bought with any tent, it’s well worth the money!

Quality
This Awning is obviously a tack on, or after-thought as apparent shortcuts were made. The canvas is definitely the same as is the tent, but IMO that's where the value ends. The instructions are on par with any typical Amazon purchased budget furniture written by google translate. For some odd reason the support poles leak water from the thumb screw assembly, thus routing constant trickles of water inside. This "must have addition" is all but. Returning, as I don't have confidence in this product and feel burned by market hype. Also, customer service's knee jerk/script suggested camp dry...What is "HydraShield technology" anyway? IKD.

Waste of money
This thing is open to every bug and rodent that can easily walk in. You would be better off with 2 tents that have attached floors.

12×12,awning
Love it,easy enough to build alone. Space is unbelievable even with 2 2xl disco cots. Have been able to get tent in the bag supplied.

I have yet to use this attachment but from what ive seen i can guarantee it is going to surpass my expectations tenfold And jared is by far one of the best salesman i have ever had the pleasure of buying from and working with and i will send all my friends and family to him when they make their purchases

Elk camp
For our elk camp this awning is necessary. We can fit 4 adults in the main tent, and use the awning as a cook shack or mud room. It bumps the usable square footage up on the lodge tent a ton.

The whole thing
Don't forget to close windows before coming in for the night! Can't close from inside. They don't zip close just 1 or on large windows 2 small strips of velcro that don't quit line up. The tips don't actually seal they go over poles and the canvas sits on top. Dose not Velcro or zip, so you wake up with everything covered in dirt if there is a little wind. Zipper has completely stop working. We have been in tent for 3 weeks. Waiting on house to finish. We have animals and are surrounded by coyote and bobcat and black bear every now and then. How the heck do we keep out those things if the door will not zip. Have tried cleaning and lubricant nothing helps. Too much money for such a simple thing like the zipper. Cabin part has been amazing.

Enclosed Awning
I just got this and have not set it up yet. However, I was able to open the package and inspect the contents...it looks just like the main tent that has preformed flawlessly for us, even in a blizzard.
