The 12x16 Kodiak Canvas Cabin Lodge Stove Ready (SR) tent is the largest of our Cabin Lodge Tent series. It is made with high performance, Hydra-Shield™, 100% cotton duck canvas. The tight weave and silicone finish make this canvas watertight yet breathable, minimizing condensation and mugginess that are common with synthetic tents. The sewn-in floor is a tough 13.5 oz vinyl with welded seams, that keeps water out. The tall ceiling (7.5 ft. at peak) and vertical wall design (4 ft. at sides) provide a roomy interior with stand-up, walk-around comfort. There are 2 large doors at each end of this huge tent - you don't have to crouch to get through them! Nine large windows provide openness, and excellent ventilation. Windows can be opened and closed from inside the tent, and feature no-see-um, screen mesh that keeps the smallest bugs out. A covered storm window and vents can be opened to circulate outside air, even when rainy. The doors and windows feature top-rated YKK zippers. This design, boasting a frame with 1-inch, galvanized, steel tubing, will hold up to strong winds and even snow loads. A stove jack allows for use of a wood burning stove to keep you warm when temperatures drop. When using the tent without a stove, just zip the stove jack cover closed. The 8x8 ft. enclosed awning accessory (model 1672, sold separately) increases the usable space of your tent, and provides a nice area to get out of the weather or store extra gear and wood. These enclosed awning accessories can be added to either or both ends of this tent. A zippered storage bag and hefty, 12-inch, steel tent stakes are included. Requires two adults for setup. Limited lifetime warranty.

The tent exceeded expectations! The kids love it, it’s extremely spacious, the stove is rock solid and the quality is perfect, we set it up in the backyard to break it in and it went together so well, could t be happier
Has zero spots to run power into the tent except the front doors. I love the tent overall, but needing to run power through the stove port isn't what I was hoping for.
Quality other than missing that feature is top notch.
Amazing service from the warranty department. We were shipped a tent vestibul that was missing a stake loop. Contacted Kodiak and received a new wall section in 2 days. And a shipping label to ship the original wall section back. I’m sold on Kodiak’s quality and service.

We are remodeling our house so we purchased the 12' x 16' canvas tent for our teenage boys to stay in while the work is completed. They were able to fit two twin beds, two hanging racks, a couch, a desk, and a 50" TV with stand. The fact that this tent includes a built in floor is outstanding. THey love it. I plan to use in Colorado for an Elk hunt after the construction is complete. Great Tent!
I bought this tent to take my boys (15 & 17) on a deer hunting trip. It was by far one of the greatest investments I've made in the father/son fun department. We did the 8x8 awning tent for a kitchen and set up the main tent with a cylinder stove and the Disco XL bunk beds. There was plenty of room for folding chairs and tables. It was basically like staying in a cabin.
I was impressed how warm and spacious it was -just like the reviews on YouTube said. The Disco XL beds were amazingly comfortable and I highly recommend them as well. This tent really helped my boys get excited about deer season and camping in general. We just created a new family tradition!
On the company side, I have been very impressed with Jon in customer service. He helped my select the right package and assisted with the order. When I tore the roof (via my own sheer stupidity), he walked me through the repair and is sending me a free piece of roof material for the patch. This is obviously a small company very focused on their customer's satisfaction.
And by the way, I put the tent with kitchen attachment up by myself in under an hour and a half. It came down even quicker. It literally goes up quicker than some of our LL Bean summer tents. The zippers are totally solid and the venting is great- no condensation issues at all.
