Canvas Truck Tent (mid-sized) for 2009 Toyota Tacoma
Was everything I expected. I got camper clamps to mount the metal bars for the poles and they worked great. Thanks

great tent
this tent is very easy to setup I've used it six nights total now. it took awhile to find the sweet spot for the rails to go on the truck but now i can set it up in about 15 minutes i have made no modifications to it every thing assembles just like the instructions say. i have used it in the rain twice and no leaks any where. It has with stood strong wind I have learned to tuck the straps so that they can't blow in the wind other wise they bang the truck and wake me up they left no marks on the truck just noise. This is my third Kodiak tent I have a 10x14 that I've stayed in for three weeks hunting and a two person tent that i use to use for just a couple of night in the summer when fishing but now is to small for me I'm 69 and its to hard to get in and out of.

Truck tent
Awesome! Quality zippers, straps, screens, poles, great ventilation, and canvas. Be careful that you don’t step on the plastic hooks. The tent is worth every penny! Thank you very much Kodiakcanvas ! Oh yes, the tent arrived 4 days earlier than the tracking predicted.

Canvas Truck Tent Mid Sized
I have used this tent a few times and it is very clear that it's made with quality. Easy set up and very strong, providing me worry free protection from the elements. I like the heavy duty poles and railings. The windows make for very comfortable ventilation control. The light weight is way more preferable than a roof top tent, and I'm still off the ground and comfortable.

Kodiak Truck Tent
Tried it out last night in Joshua Tree and it was easy to.set up and break down. Love the head room inside and its ability to insulate from the cold and heat. Also found the cab access window extremely convenient.

Canvas Truck Tent mid-sized
I have a 2019 Tacoma with a short bed (5 ft). Set up was easy with two people, took about 30 min the first time. Like others have said, with a 5 foot bed there is some extra canvas that you'll have to tuck in between the bed and cab, but i liked the extra overhang of the cab awning. It covered the cab access window nicely. It rained on us one night and nothing leaked and it was nice being off the ground. There is no floor to this tent, so as long as the side straps are nice and tight, water and critters wont get it. Kodiak stresses not to store this tent while wet or damp, thankfully the rain cleared out and everything dried out the rest of the trip. The 2-inch clamps that came with the tent were no good because of the bed rails on my Tacoma, so I did have to purchase four 4-inch c-clamps to hold the the mounting rails on, but i knew this before buying this tent. It's a great product and I look forward to using it again.

Excellent Tent! Great Service!
This is a great tent. I set it up, lightly sprayed it with water, and let it thoroughly dry as per instructions. The water beaded off amazingly. I was also impressed with the fit on my 2005 Ford Ranger. Kodiak has eliminated the weak fiberglass poles and stretchy cordage between them. The strength of the design appeared to be incredible when the interior frame was replaced with the steel poles and cable. The canvas is heavy duty as well as the YKK zippers. I can't wait for a break in the crisis where I can use this tent for camping. I think this tent was definitely worth every penny because, when not installed, I can have full use of my pickup.

Great tent
First time setting it up took 45 minutes, but once I figured out the layout, the second time was half that. It does have a little bunching towards the front, but it all tucked away nicely between the bed and the cab. Took it for a backyard test last night and it was great. My wife would never go camping with me but now we’re off the ground the whole family can enjoy- I think that’s good..... The quality of this tent is unmatched and the help I got from Kodiak with my questions prior to purchase was superior.
