Hooray! Finally, a sleeping bag that is both warm AND comfortable. The all new Z Top™ sleeping bag has a unique top flap that comfortably seals in body heat and eliminates drafts. This revolutionary design allows you to sleep in the position you are most comfortable. You can even sprawl while keeping under the covers. In warmer conditions, you can fold back the top flap, or unzip and remove it.

In Kodiak Canvas fashion, this bag is constructed with premium materials and loaded with features. The top-of-the-line, locking, YKK zippers stay put and won’t travel during the night. Zippers are lined with anti-snag strips and have a full-length zipper baffle to reduce heat loss. Dual layer construction, with offsetting seams minimizes cold spots. A headrest at the top of the bag provides a comfortable area for head and arms. A pillow pocket helps keep a small pillow (not included) in place, or allows one to create a pillow by stuffing a sweatshirt into the space. A tech pocket provides a spot to keep a phone close at hand, inside your bag. The wedge-shaped foot box provides extra space, so toes don’t get scrunched. A zipper at the foot of the bag allows you to vent the bottom when needed. Roll up the bag and secure it with handy compression straps and snap buckles. It is made with a rugged water-resistant canvas shell, and a posh 100% cotton flannel liner. The efficient Factor-4™ insulation is a hollow fiber polyester that is light, fluffy, and very warm. A canvas duffel carry bag is included. Compatible with the Booster Quilt™ accessory (sold separately) that can boost the bag’s temperature rating by up to 30 degrees. Patent pending.

A bit expensive, but worth the price. It is the most comfortable sleeping bag I've owned.

I got this sleeping bag last summer and it’s been the best investment ever! I’m a side/stomach sleeper and always have my arms under and over my head, which has always presented quite a problem with any other sleeping bags and staying warm. During all my camping trips I slept like a happy camper. It was super warm and toasty, and I also love that the z top can be removed via a zipper. My only feedback is that I wish better flannel was used. The canvas used on the outside felt sturdy and great, but the flannel was a bit thin and I’m worried it won’t hold up well with time. My parents have a sleeping bag that my grandpa used in the boyscouts 70 years ago, and that flannel is still soft and thick. So maybe see if you can find something more like that. But otherwise, an incredible product and I’ve been super happy with my purchase and have recommended it to several people!

First of all love this bag the quality is hands down the best,but why in the world make this 7.5 feet long not easy to lug around if your old like me lol

I have used the bag 3 times so far. With temperatures ranging from 16 degrees to 5 degrees with the winds it was below 0 one night. I love the bag it kept warm all 3 times. I slept in just a single layer of clothes, pajama pants, T-shirt and socks and was nice and toasty. I like all the room I have inside the bag because I sleep on my side a lot. There’s plenty of room inside the bad to roll from side to side and with the bigger foot box that the bag has there’s plenty of room for your feet. I would definitely recommend this bag for sure.

Used it on late season rifle hunt in Colorado, kept me warm down into the 10s. So impressed I’m buying the 20 degree too. I was skeptical about the flap but In the middle of the night I was so glad to have it!
