Tent Carry Bag Strap & Cinch

Excellent idea so much better than a zip up bag.
My wife and I recently purchased the 10 X14 Flex Bow tent and took it to Idaho and Wyoming this fall. The tent is outstanding, but the Tent Carry Bag Strap and Cinch ripped open when I picked it up by the handles. My wife contacted Kodiak Canvas about this problem, and they requested a photo of the ripped open bag. My wife sent them the photo, and three months later we have not heard back from Kodiak Canvas. I finally just purchased a new bag, hoping for the best.

Sorry Ken that you did not get the customer service that you deserve. We do our best to provide excellent customer service. Even with our best intentions, sometimes we do fumble. Please allow us to make this right.
Like others that have owned Springbar Tents, the bag that comes with them is ridiculous to try to stuff the tent Into. When your ready to bug out of camp, the last thing I want to be doing is fighting the tent into the bag!!! I am so impressed with this bag I wanted one for my screen house. Thanks!
I bought this not knowing one was included with my tent. The design lends itself to many other packing uses and the quality is outstanding, and so I will be keeping it.
Well made, convenient to use, does the job the other 5-star reviewers described.
Well worth the price. Thanks.
I bought a 10x10 flexbow earlier this year and really loved the ease of using the cinch tote that came with it. Around the same time I had purchased a big bulky warm double sleeping bag and after swiftly packing up our tent on our first outing my camping companion and I spent nearly 20 minutes trying with all of our might to get the beastly sleeping bag back into its sack. The whole time all I could think of was how desperately I needed a nice easy solution like the tent's cinch tote. I was delighted to see I could purchase it separately. It works like a charm for the tent and the sleeping bag. Highly recommended.
I own both Springbar and Flex-Bow tents. There are some things that I like better about each, but Kodiak absolutely came up with a better design for their bag. Because we often have to haul our tents 100 or more yards to/from campsites we tried sewing a handle on the Springbar's bag so it would be as easy for two kids to carry as the Kodiak bag. The sewn-on handles ended up tearing the bag. We didn't even think twice about what we wanted to replace it with. This Kodiak "Strap & Cinch" bag is undoubtedly a HUGE upgrade over the pathetic "just barely big enough" and difficult to carry Springbar tent bag.
My guess is that Kodiak is actually selling very few of these as replacements for their own tents. This bag is built really well and and I can't imagine it wearing out before their tent does. If you have 60 or so pounds of canvas that you need to haul around on a regular basis, get this bag. You won't regret it. The way that it opens, wraps around, and then cinches tight around the canvas is ingenious. You'll never have to "re-roll" your tent again because you didn't roll it tight enough to fit in the bag.
Bought the carry bag for an older tent I had been lugging around in its original box. Worked perfect. Great design
